Due to the fact that Katharine gave us the wrong dimensions at booking, the first driver we sent out for pickup was unable to load because it would not fit on the deck. This is why it’s extremely important to give exact dimensions when requesting quotes to ship a trailer, boat, or camper across Canada. Within 48 hours we had a new carrier assigned to match the new dimensions given for this trailer. Pickup happened within 2 days of finding a new carrier.
