Q: When will my vehicle be shipped?

Answer: The shipping timeframe is dependent on several factors, including the truck's schedule, logistics, the sequence of orders, and weather conditions. In most cases, we can arrange for your vehicle to be picked up within 2-4 weeks from the time of booking.

Once you accept the price on your shipping quote, our team will coordinate with our trucks in the field to find the next available spot for your order. We will then provide you with a specific timeframe for pickup. If the proposed timeframe meets your needs, we will send you a shipping agreement. 

To reserve your spot and confirm your order, simply sign the shipping agreement and submit your booking deposit. Our team is committed to finding the most suitable shipping solution for your vehicle while adhering to your desired timeline.

Q: What are the different types of vehicle transport services you offer?

Answer: We provide a wide range of vehicle transport services to cater to the diverse needs of our customers. 

Our services include:

Professional Towing (Power-Only): This service is ideal for vehicles that are not operational or cannot be safely driven. Our experienced drivers will tow your vehicle using specialized equipment to ensure its safe transportation.

Flat-Deck Transport: For vehicles that require additional support or cannot be towed, we offer flat-deck trailer transport. Your vehicle will be securely loaded onto a flat-deck trailer and transported to its destination.

Drive-Away Service: For oversized RVs that exceed the dimensions suitable for trailer transport, we provide a drive-away service. Our professional drivers will safely navigate your RV to its intended destination.

Enclosed Trailer Transport: For high-end, luxury, or classic vehicles that require the utmost protection during transit, we offer enclosed trailer transport. Your vehicle will be shipped in a fully enclosed trailer, shielding it from the elements and road debris.

Open Car Hauler Transport: The most cost-effective option for shipping cars is our open car hauler transport service. Your vehicle will be loaded onto an open trailer along with other cars and transported to its destination.

We offer door-to-door service for most of our transport options, which means we will pick up your vehicle from your specified address and deliver it directly to your desired location. For open car transport, we also provide a terminal-to-terminal option, where you can drop off your vehicle at one of our conveniently located terminals and pick it up from another terminal in your destination city.

Our services are not limited to cars; we also transport boats, RVs, and heavy equipment, ensuring that your vehicle is safely delivered using the most appropriate transportation method.

Q: What if I'm not available when the vehicle is delivered?

Answer: Your presence is not required for us to pick up or deliver your vehicle, as long as we have the necessary documentation and permissions in place.

For pickup, as long as the vehicle is accessible when the driver arrives and we have received the required documentation (as specified in your shipping agreement), we can proceed with loading your vehicle onto our trailer. If the vehicle is located in a gated community or a restricted area, you may need to arrange for a friend or family member to be present to grant the driver access.

Similarly, for delivery, we can drop off the vehicle at the agreed-upon address in the shipping agreement, even if you are not personally available to receive it.

In both cases, it is crucial that you provide us with written permission to transport your vehicle, either through the shipping agreement or a separate authorization form. This documentation ensures that we have the legal right to take possession of your vehicle and transport it to the designated destination.

Our team will work closely with you to gather all the necessary information and documentation prior to the pickup date, ensuring a seamless and efficient transportation process, even in your absence.

Answer: All of our carriers are fully insured with commercial transport insurance, which covers any damage to your vehicle resulting from negligence or accidents during the shipping process. This insurance is designed to protect your vehicle while it is in our care.

It's important to note that normal wear and tear during transport, such as minor dings from road debris or dirt accumulation, is not typically covered by this insurance. However, our professional drivers are highly experienced and take every precaution to ensure that your vehicle is transported safely and securely.

While it is not necessary for you to have your own insurance since our commercial insurance provides coverage, some customers prefer to have additional protection through their personal auto insurance policies. If you do have your own insurance, it can provide an extra layer of protection and peace of mind during the shipping process.

In the rare event that your vehicle sustains damage due to our carrier's negligence or an accident during transport, we will provide required information to file a claim.
