Gail contacted us to transport her Jayco Melbourne 2021 Class C RV.
This Jayco motorhome was being picked up Peterborough, Ontario and going to Victoria, British Columbia.
We assigned her a carrier to pick up and move her motorhome.
Two months before his schedule, there were some unforeseen events, including flooded roads in BC.
However, our team stayed connected and provided every detail and update necessary.
This included giving Gail a follow-up call regarding her assigned carrier and the updated moving schedule.
In the end, Gail and our team agreed upon a new moving schedule because of the extreme weather and other circumstances.
The decision was in the best interest of our team, the carrier, and our client.
Still, we were able to safely deliver his RV to its new home in Victoria. Gail looks very happy with her new RV, wouldn’t you agree?
